Hi I do a lot of video editing under XP and have decided to move everything over to Windows 7 Ultimate (RC 7100). This is on both 32bit and 64bit versions of 7. Kathu malayalam cartoon video free download. One program I use extensively is Ulead DVD Workshop 2. OK its an old program but it does the job. It uses Quicktime to play back the video files and I think this is where my problem lies. Under XP I use.m2v files (mpeg2) and their audio in a separate file.ac3 (Doldy digital) and play back is 100% with audio. Under Windows 7 I do the same thing but Quicktime does not play back the ac3 audio (video is perfect).

My interventions: -I have tried updating quicktime - problem persists -I have run Quicktime in XP mode (service pack 2 and 3 ) -Problem persists -I have run Ulead DVD Workshop in XP mode (service pack 2 and 3) - problem persists I have run out of ideas and need help. Incidently, the m2v and ac3 files were created with Adobe CS4 Master collection. Looks like I will have to go back to XP for now. Hello leftfoot123, Thank you for posting. Here are the two probable causes that I can think of: 1.
Your system might be missing some codecs. If you know the name of the codec or its ID (known as a FourCC identifier for video codecs or a WaveFormat identifier for audio codecs), try searching the Internet. You can often go to a codec manufacturer's website to download the most recent version of a codec.
Your program (Ulead DVD WOrkshop) might not be compatible with Windows 7. If changing the settings doesn't fix the problem, go to the program manufacturer's website to see if there is an update for the program.
